Model Shauna Sand was supposedly choked, punched and thrown across a room in front of her children by her very own husband Romain Chavent.  Shauna, the former playmate filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court and received a temporary restraining order against Romain Chavent yesterday. She claimed that this weekend, her French hubby "hit me in the breasts, which i just had reconstructive surgery." It's the latest in a string of alleged violent abuse. Now l ask her why? Why stay, but weight it gets worse. Among the claims, Shauna says Romain once "threatened to sell nude photos of my children that he took of them when he was babysitting." Can you just believe that, how can Shauna stay with him after all these things?

It's not the first time she was physically harassed but also in 2007, Romain allegedly strangled, punched and threw Sand across the room. Shauna says she was granted a restraining order for the 2007 incident, but had it dismissed "because he promised to change." Look at these pictures, can anyone say that this man is such an animal?

Guys, sorry but Juliana Hough is in love and has found her dream man!  The winner is Chuck Wicks! "The minute we met it was perfect. The first date we had we both had that feeling like we were going to fall in love with each other"  as mentioned by PEOPLE.

Hough, who is only 21, did invite the "Stealing Cinderella" singer, 29, to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Las Vegas. "This was big for me," Wicks said recently before the couple dined at Palazzo Las Vegas's Lavo. "She has the best family I've met in the world. They just like to have a good time. According to her statement Wicks is very much accepted by Hough's family. "He's definitely part of the family. Everybody loves him to death," Hough says.
