Hilary Duff might be the newest member of an exlusive zip code...calling Luke Perry!

E! Online reports that Duff has been offered a lead role in the remake of Beverly Hills 90210, debuting this Fall. The role is a drama nerd named Annie Mills who is trying to become cool. If Hilary accepts the role she will be in some pretty sketchy scenes and completely shed her squeaky clean image. I for one am looking forward to a more skanky...I mean mature Duff.
