For someone claiming to be a big time baller, Spency sure does like to rip off the waiter. College kids who make nothing pay at least 10% tip. The camera crew that captured this photograph was so embarrassed by the couples jackass tip that they gave $60 dollars out of their pocket to cushion the blow. They reportedly spent $60 dollars a shot for premium patron, and they couldn't give the waiter a decent tip. What do you think the waiter should of done?
