Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt spotted at the Changeling Premiere

Brad Pitt along with Angelina Jolie were seen at the premiere of her latest movie, Changeling - a 1920's thriller directed by Clint Eastwood, in New York on Saturday night . Angelina has made her first public appearance since giving birth to twins three months ago, but you cannot tell that she delivered 2! Asked if she felt nervous to be back in the spotlight, Jolie told PEOPLE "Not nervous as much as I just took a deep breath because its been so long. It felt a little strange." Jolie also revealed she was feeling sleep deprived, but she said it was an exciting time for her family.

The film is part of the 46th New York Film Festival and was screened at the Ziegfeld Theater on 54th St. in midtown. Having landed in New York earlier in the week, Angelina Jolie arrived with Brad Pitt and walked the red carpet at the Film Festival. The couple was looking very happy, maybe a night away form children is a good change for them.

Misty May is injured while on DWTS

Misty May-Treanor, 31, who is a professional beach volleyball player and now a contestant of "Dancing with the stars", suffered an injury on Friday afternoon while rehearsing and now she is out of the competition. DWTS will miss a promising contestant.

"It's such a sad situation," Her cast mate Brooke said Monday during a radio interview, "She did hurt her Achilles tendon. I don't know if she tore it or she ruptured it. It happened this week. She's out of the competition, I mean, just like that."

Does Rachael Ray have Throat Cancer?

Daytime Emmy nominated television personality and author Rachael Ray denies having throat cancer. It is thought hat the talk show host is suffering from throat cancer and expected to be silent for two months after surgery. However according to her rep, she is going for surgery but it's not as serious as reports suggest. "Rachael is the picture of health. She is having very minor surgery to remove a benign cyst on her vocal cord," Charlie Dougiello, a spokesman for Ray says PEOPLE. "It's a common in-and-out procedure that she will have in early December and it will not adversely effect any of her daytime show or Food Network tapings."

Racer Helio Castroneves charged in Tax Case

The 33-year-old Brazilian auto racing driver and winner of famous Dancing with the Stars Helio Castroneves was accused Thursday in a federal income tax case in Miami, Florida. Helio Castroneves has been charged for not paying taxes on more than $5 millions. The charges stand as: Conspiracy to Defraud the U.S. and Tax Evasion.

Helio was accusing alongside his sister, Katiucia Castroneves and Alan Miller, Helio's lawyer. The three are charged with conspiracy for the purpose of impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the Internal Revenue Service. They are accused of trying to "conceal and disguise" Helio's income. One of the charges that Helio received $2 million in salary from a Brazilian trading company but made it appear that he only received $200,000.

Britney Spears is back to school for charity

Britney Spears visited a?New York middle school - Junior High School 142 in the Bronx? to present a $10,000 check to be used as an donation for the school's year-old music program. The money comes from Elizabeth Arden, the company that distributes Spears' fragrances.

"I really enjoyed the time I spent at the John Philip Sousa Middle School," Spears tells PEOPLE. "I've been working with the people at Elizabeth Arden for the last five years, and I know how passionate everyone is about the school. I loved hearing the school orchestra and the children sang so beautifully. The fact that Elizabeth Arden made such a large donation for the school music studio in my name was so generous."

Britney Spears was seen looking great, the little boy had a nice view of her cleavage! (and so do we, lol) Check out her pictures with kids.

Now we have High School Musical 3: Senior Year! The cast of the film Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu were seen having brunch at Berkeley restaurant in Paris on Wednesday afternoon, together with director Kenny. After lunch they were all looking gorgeous in the premiere party.

DJ AM was at the remembrance service

Adam Michael Goldstein also known as DJ AM was released from hospital last Friday after his painful experience in that jet crash. A memorial service was given in Los Angeles Monday for Chris "Lil' Chris" Baker, who died in the Learjet crash in Columbia. More than 300 people along with DJAM turned out to tribute Baker, and shared his memories at the memorial service that lasted two hours.
