Mary-Kate not involved with Heath Ledger's death

Mary-Kate Olsen is now intertwined in The Dark Knight's actor Health Ledger's death who died due to the overdose of painkillers drugs oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Her lawyer issued a statement Monday (August 4), as mentioned by PEOPLE claiming that the actress had no involvement with the accidental drug overdose that killed Heath Ledger earlier this year and has already cooperated with police. Olsen is completely unaware of drugs that were found in Heath Ledger's home or in his body, and she does not know where he obtained them.

Mary-Kate refused to speak anything about Ledger's accidental overdose unless she was given immunity from prosecution. She could be facing a grand jury subpoena to testify. What is true however, is that the actress was a close friend of Ledger and was the first person Ledger's housekeeper called after his masseuse found the actor dead in his New York City apartment.

I hope the black clouds revolving on the case of Ledger's death clears up soon and real person who supplied the drugs gets identified. Remember say NO to drugs!
