Jennifer Lopez finished her first triathlon

Jennifer Lopez does not cease to amaze me. She has just basically finished having twins and now she is running her first marathon! She successfully competed in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday, finishing the race in 2 hours, 23 minutes and 28 seconds. What a girl, and she raised money for Children's Hospital Los Angeles at the same time, as mentioned by PEOPLE.

The singer-actress was cheered on from the sidelines of course by husband Marc Anthony, who escorted her to a VIP area after she finished. "Thank you guys so much . . . this is an amazing day," she told the crowd. "I feel really great and so glad I finished and that I made it out of the water," Lopez said. There she met up with Matthew McConaughey, who also competed in the triathlon at Zuma Beach.

But for McConaughey, the event was all business because as we know he is a fitness freak.  He finished the race in 1 hour! The actor had a friend rub deodorant on his neck to cut down on his friction from his suit. What can you say about that? But he was seen giving a kiss to girlfriend Camila Alves - and cuddling son Levi before the swim began. How cute! Lopez's participation raised $127,000 for the Children's Hospital of L.A. and the entire event raised $950,000. What a great effort, well done all.
