Mindy McCready will again be in jail

Famous country singer Mindy McCready, is headed back to prison for a 60-day sentence for a probation violation. McCready, now 32, was recently released from a rehab center as she was suffering from a nervous breakdown.

"I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain," said McCready in a statement Monday morning. Its really been so long McCready is in problem. She also said "After this jail term, then I'm done and I'm free to be a country music star again."

Troubled singer was previously jailed in 2007 after violating probation on a 2004 drug arrest. I don't understand why such a talented and successful falls in the trap of drugs. Its really sad. McCready also said in the statement: "I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander."
