The LAPD were called to the house of Brittany Murphy and when, they saw the panicked actress on her balcony, yelling about the alleged gun fire. However they could not find any kind of weapon, bullet or body.

After investigation the noise was discovered to be coming from a generator, which had been acting up, how funny!
