Yes this was said by no other then Lovely Heidi Montag at her

Clothing Line Fashion Show last weekend. Montag wasn't kidding either as
friends said she has been lamenting over a "Jessica Biel Booty". This has been backed up by her recent visit
to Dr. 90210 Garth Fisher to inquire
about a plastic booty.
"She has no butt," a friend of the MTV reality star tells In Touch Weekly. "She doesn't want to have plastic surgery, but she may have no choice...She's still insecure about her body....She doesn't want to be as big as Jennifer Lopez but she does want a little more booty."
Well it would be nice to look at her and not see the flattest thing on earth. Looks like the queen of the booty less will have to pass her crown to Lindsay Lohan.
