For someone claiming to be a big time baller, Spency sure does like to rip off the waiter. College kids who make nothing pay at least 10% tip. The camera crew that captured this photograph was so embarrassed by the couples jackass tip that they gave $60 dollars out of their pocket to cushion the blow.
