Megan Fox Is Catwoman!

How could Batman upstage its last performance with the Dark Night. Well apparently Megan Fox has signed on to be Catwoman in the next installment. According to Sun:

MEGAN FOX has signed up to play Catwoman in the next Batman movie. And I have a strong feline she is the purrfect choice for the part - and thanks to a spot of computer wizardry here's how she might look. Megan will need to get into practice with her talcum powder application. The Transformers stunner follows in the pawprints of MICHELLE PFEIFFER and HALLE BERRY. But Megan, who has a slightly darker edge than her two predecessors, will be brilliant as Selina Kyle. All the other stars who have reinvented the Batman films are back on board - CHRISTIAN BALE, MICHAEL CAINE and director CHRISTOPHER NOLAN. Shooting starts next year but the film is not expected to be released until 2011.

Imagine Megan Fox in a tight leather cat woman outfit purring...sign me up to watch that ride.

Kate Beckinsale is Catwoman?

At the Comic Con junket for White Out Kate Beckinsale said that she is interested in the Cat Woman role in the next Batman movie. She also went on to say about Michelle Pfeiffer and her portal of Cat woman "I think Michelle Pfeiffer was such an awesome Cat woman. I'd have to give it some serious consideration." Kate is determined to take on more action roles. Angelina Jolie is the main contender for this role of Cat Woman, so who will get it? She sat with MTV News and here is the gossip.

MTV: Specifically, I know you've talked about Wonder Woman a great deal, but is there a character you'd love to do? Catwoman in a Nolan-directed "Batman 3," for instance?

Beckinsale: Absolutely, that would be awesome. I'd love to do that. One of the things I've done wrong with my career is not have a massive game plan for it. I enjoy being surprised. I was very surprised to ever find myself even considered for an action movie. I'm like the literary, academic geek who's not very good at sports, so it was amazingly shocking that anyone would ever do that. I like to be surprised.
