Rumors have started to swirl since Star Magazine claimed that Spears was planning to wed her boyfriend, agent Jason Trawick.  People magazine rebuffs Star's claim stating that a source told people otherwise.

"There's no truth to it at all. Britney is not engaged," says the source.

Either way someone's source is a big fat liar, which only time will tell.  In my view Spears is mulling over the idea of marrying Trawick, and just doesn't know who she can trust.

Britney Spears says her life is even worse than a jail sentence. However she been brave throughout and trying to heal slowly. "I have really good days, and then I have bad days," the singer, 26, admits in a new fly-on-the wall, 90-minute documentary, Britney: For The Record, to air in the U.S. Nov. 30 on MTV and in the U.K. Dec. 1 on Sky1. After her public break down earlier this year she is struggling to regain her control on life, she says honestly: "Even when you go to jail, y'know, there's the time when you're gonna get out. But in this situation, it's never ending. It's just like [the Bill Murray movie] Groundhog Day." She adds, "I'm having to pay for it for a really long time."

"If I wasn't under the restraints that I'm under right now, I'd feel so liberated," she says in the film, which follows the singer as she records and promotes her new album Circus. "When I tell them the way I feel, it's like they hear me, but they're really not listening." Overall, she says, "I think I've learned my lesson now, and enough is enough." Good-luck Britney!

Britney was on a vacation with her kids at her hometown of Kentwood in Louisiana after a long time, as this was the first time Britney has been allowed to take her sons out of LA since Kevin was given custody.The family was having fun and celebration, suddenly the singer's two year old son Jayden had fallen ill.He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance. The ambulance was taking so long that she decide to take her two-year-old son to hospital herself!

Jayden James was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday. Initially doctors were unable to track the problem so they kept the toddler in the hospital for overnight observation. Finally they concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. Britney was so much concerned that asked for a bed next to his son in the ward, what a great mother!

Monday afternoon, Spears's team posted this statement on her Web site: "Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow."

Jamie Spears, Britney's father stood for her at her driver's license trial. Her attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, said in his opening statement that she was exempt from having a California driver's license because she didn't meet residency requirements. During the question session, Jamie Spears acknowledged that his daughter got married, had two children and divorced in California.

Her father testified that Louisiana is home for Britney and she had a Louisiana license at the time of the accident. But again its not been proved that she has a driving license for California as well.

According to Prosecutors Spears is guilty and should be convicted. If all the charges are proved she faces up to six months in jail and a $1,500 fine. All in all l do not think that's a bad deal. Can you imagine Britney in jail!

Britney Spears will be heading to trial next week to face charges of misdemeanor driving without a license. Her attorney has rejected a plea offer that would have placed her on a year's probation and forced her to pay a $150 fine. He says if the case does go to trial as scheduled later this month, he will appeal any conviction. An appeals court on Tuesday rejected Spears's efforts to dismiss the misdemeanor charge and put the case put on hold. Her trial is set for Oct. 15 in Van Nuys.

Lawyer J. Michael Flanagan said during a Los Angeles court hearing that Britney Spears, 26, was being unfairly targeted because she's a celebrity and doesn't deserve even a minor criminal conviction on her record.
