A source tells PEOPLE "Cynthia is in New York for a few days and quite happy with the divorce settlement," says a source close to her. "It is all settled and each Rodriguez is ready to move on."

Divorce was filed by Cynthia, 35 in July and she has claimed their $12 million Florida mansion. She also wanted a part of Alex's earning during their marriage.
