Has Cheryl Burke gained a few kilos?

DWTS contestants Cheryl Burke's and Lacey Schwimmer's weight came into the spotlight when her fellow 'Dancing' pros Louis Van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy mentioned how she gained a few pounds. Now Maksim Chmerkovskiy has denied his statement telling PEOPLE his reported comments were "taken completely out of context."

"I am outspoken but I do not discriminate how people look," Chmerkovskiy, 28, says. "That's the great thing about ballroom - unlike jazz and ballet - it doesn't discriminate. People of all shapes and sizes and levels of ability can take part in ballroom dancing." "I never criticized Cheryl or Lacey," Chmerkovskiy says. "I am a big promoter of being healthy and physical activity, but in my business, I do not condemn how people look," he says. "It's sad how all of this got spun." I think they both look great!

Julianne Hough is in good health now

Julianne Hough, a competitor of "Dancing with the stars" was suffering from stomach pain after Tuesday's result show. "I didn't feel well the whole day," she writes. "But I'm a trooper. I didn't tell anyone. I didn't want to be dramatic about things." "I don't know if anyone could see my face during the show, but I was trying so hard to put a smile on," Hough continues in the post. "I was in so much pain. Afterward, I went backstage and curled up in a ball. That's when everyone said I needed to go to the hospital."

After the show she was in her senses and managed to take off her costume before moving towards the hospital. "There was no way I was going to the hospital wearing that stuff," she writes. "I quickly changed out of my wig and my dress. But I forgot to take off my over-drawn Lucy lipstick. By the time I realized, I was like whatever; I'm sure they see a lot worse there." I am sure they have!

Racer Helio Castroneves charged in Tax Case

The 33-year-old Brazilian auto racing driver and winner of famous Dancing with the Stars Helio Castroneves was accused Thursday in a federal income tax case in Miami, Florida. Helio Castroneves has been charged for not paying taxes on more than $5 millions. The charges stand as: Conspiracy to Defraud the U.S. and Tax Evasion.

Helio was accusing alongside his sister, Katiucia Castroneves and Alan Miller, Helio's lawyer. The three are charged with conspiracy for the purpose of impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the Internal Revenue Service. They are accused of trying to "conceal and disguise" Helio's income. One of the charges that Helio received $2 million in salary from a Brazilian trading company but made it appear that he only received $200,000.

Kim Kardashian enjoyed her opening performance

It's the seventh season of "Dancing with the Stars" and Kim Kardashian participated with her professional partner Mark Ballas. On the premiere of the show Judges (Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba) may not have liked her performance however Kim Kardashian is still in her high spirit. She wrote on her blog: "I had so much fun last night on the first DWTS episode. I just loved watching everyone dance!"

Kristy Yamaguchi is this seasons winner of, Dancing With The Stars! I did think that Jason Taylor could of taken the prize because he has a great personality, but Kristy was by far the best talent out there. Congrats Kristy you deserve the trophy!?

Cheryl Burke helped get the most out of Cristian De La Fuentes broken arm, taking top scores on tonight's Dancing With The Stars. I think that they were not the best act in the night but they were good. I just can't give my support to a guy standing there while a hot chick dances circles around them, and then give the pair top score. Who do you think was tonight's best.

DWTS: Cristian de la Fuente rushed to the Hospital

Cristian de la Fuente found out that dancing can be more dangerous then Football after a freak forearm injury forced the star off the dance floor.

"It hurts," de la Fuente told co-host Samantha Harris backstage, holding an ice pack to his left forearm. "It hurts the arm and it hurts that I couldn't do it, you know, it's tough."

Cristian de la Fuente tried to shake off the initial pain and get out and dance, but it didn't work in his favor...

Tonight's show was all about Latin dances and gyrating hips and Yamaguchi didn't disappoint. Kristi's seductive number heated up the dance floor and created a party in adolescent boys everywhere.

Paula Abdul Banned From Dancing With The Stars

It looks like Paula Abdul will not be able to "Just Dance". Fox executives were not thrilled about the possibility of their commodity jumping over to rival ABC to perform on Dancing With The Stars. This grew from private conversations between DWTS and Paula about a possible appearance. The Idol star however has been forbidden from appearing on the rival network...ALL TOGETHER.

"They told Paula, ‘You work for US! You're the star of OUR show. Let ABC find someone else," The National Enquirer reports.

"She thought her appearance on a rival network might be great crossover for Idol-but that's not how producers saw it."

Jason Taylor and Edyata Silwinski Top This Weeks Dancing With The Stars

Dancing with the Stars couple Jason Taylor and Edyata Silwinski stood out among tonight's contestants as the best couple of the night. Even with an early stumble by Miami Dolphins player Jason Taylor, the team managed to receive the top score for the night, an outstanding 29 out of 30! What I really like about Taylor is that he is a 6'6 giant of a man that can still move with rhythm and grace. Not only that the guy is a standout human being, named the NFL's "Man of the Year". I really hope these guys win! What do you think their chances are to win it all?

To no surprise Priscilla Presley, the 62 year old Dancing with the Stars contestant, has had serious plastic surgery done. The results of the plastic surgery have left Priscilla's once gorgeous face looking like a clown with bad makeup. The reason for the horrible results lie with Dr. Serrano, who reportedly mixed tiny beads with synthetic collagen that, is illegal in the U.S.

Drew Lachey and Cheryl Brooke's Midnight Meeting

Drew Lachey and Cheryl Brooke were ousted by Star Magazine a week ago, for heating up more then just the dance floor. Both parties however continue to deny any sexual relationship with one another.

On Saturday Drew and his wife Lea were seen together in California presenting a strong united front against all allegations. What Lea didn't know was that the two Dancing With The Star veterans were spotted at the Cat & Fiddle English-style pub together the night earlier! Star Magazine says:
