Anne Hathaway ex boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, was arrested for stealing over $6 million dollars, while posing as an agent of the Vatican. Today his bail was set at $21 million dollars. The strange thing is that no charges have been filed against Hathaway even though she sat on the company's board of advisors during the misappropriation time table. Also Feds waited until Hathaway had left the country before they arrested Raffaello. This has led to speculation that Hathaway gave up Follieri in return for no charges being filed against her.
