Worse than a jail sentence- that's Britney's Life!

Britney Spears says her life is even worse than a jail sentence. However she been brave throughout and trying to heal slowly. "I have really good days, and then I have bad days," the singer, 26, admits in a new fly-on-the wall, 90-minute documentary, Britney: For The Record, to air in the U.S. Nov. 30 on MTV and in the U.K. Dec. 1 on Sky1. After her public break down earlier this year she is struggling to regain her control on life, she says honestly: "Even when you go to jail, y'know, there's the time when you're gonna get out. But in this situation, it's never ending. It's just like [the Bill Murray movie] Groundhog Day." She adds, "I'm having to pay for it for a really long time."

"If I wasn't under the restraints that I'm under right now, I'd feel so liberated," she says in the film, which follows the singer as she records and promotes her new album Circus. "When I tell them the way I feel, it's like they hear me, but they're really not listening." Overall, she says, "I think I've learned my lesson now, and enough is enough." Good-luck Britney!

Nick Hogan released from jail

Nick Hogan, son of THE Hulk Hogan, was released from jail on Tuesday after serving 166 days of an eight-month sentence in connection with an August 2007 street racing crash that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. Due to good behaviour he was released early. While in jail Nick said that he would like to start his own tv program, lets see if he does it now. Nick did not speak to photographers before getting into a sport utility vehicle and heading home.

His mother, Linda Bollea, released a statement asking the media to respect the family's privacy. "This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick's adjustment back into the public life, keeping it as normal as possible," she said. "Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media's role and only ask that they respect our privacy. Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media-free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time."

Mindy McCready will again be in jail

Famous country singer Mindy McCready, is headed back to prison for a 60-day sentence for a probation violation. McCready, now 32, was recently released from a rehab center as she was suffering from a nervous breakdown.

"I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain," said McCready in a statement Monday morning. Its really been so long McCready is in problem. She also said "After this jail term, then I'm done and I'm free to be a country music star again."

Heather Locklear detained on suspicion of DUI

Heather Locklear was jailed on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday evening in Santa Barbara County, California. "Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," as mentioned by PEOPLE. "The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times."

Khloe Kardashian Is Going To Jail

Khloe Kardashian, the ugly Kardashian, has been sentenced to three days in the slammer for violating her probation for a DUI. People reports:

"She admitted to failing to complete [roadside cleanup duty] and enroll in an alcohol education class," said L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan on Monday. Kardashian, 24, has until July 18 to begin serving her sentence. She was sentenced on July 3. "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," her rep tells PEOPLE."

Lindsey Lohan's Half Sister Revealed

We have started to unravel the mystery behind the web of lies Michael Lohan has spun. Last week we found out that Michael might be the dad of a 13 year old girl, and Lindsey Lohan's half sister. This week we find out the 13 year olds name is Ashley Kaufmann. OK magazine spoke to Kaufmann's mom about the fact she believes without a doubt that Michael is the father. Personally I would have told Ashley that I got gang raped by a group of homeless people, but that's just me. Ok Reports:

"Many times I offered to do this privately so the other Lohan kids wouldn't be hurt," Kristi told OK! "But Michael would not live up to his obligations." Kristi says she met Lohan at dinner with a mutual friend in the 1980's. Years later, the two met up again in 1994 and began an affair.It went on for about 4 weeks," she says. "He told me he was separated from Dina. He told me about Lindsay's Jell-O commercial. He took me to meet his parents. We were in love."

In fact they were so in love that when Kristi popped the good news to Michael he jumped for joy. He was so excited that he went to go get a bottle of champagne to celebrate, but mysteriously got lost and never returned. Ah...:

"Over the years, she says she tried to get in touch with Michael in the hope that he would recognize Ashley, 13, as his daughter, and finally received a phone call from him during his time in jail where Kristi says Michael finally admitted, "I always knew she was mine."
Michael has written several letters to Ashley over the years, but the two have still not met."

I honestly do not know what Kristi was thinking. You could have raised her by yourself, and Ashley could have been a fruitful member of society. Now you have introduced her as the blood kin of the most fucked up family in Hollywood. Congratulations Kristi, you have just made America's next teen cock ...I mean coke fiend.

The Hogan's Are Scum

A week ago, over 20 hours of recorded phone calls was leaked to the public from conversations between Nick Hogan and his dad "Hulk". These conversations include the bashing of paralyzied, John Graziano and of course how much dough they can make off the prison incident.

Hulk: "Well, I don't know what type of person John was. Or what he did to get himself in this situation. I know he was pretty aggressive and yelled at people and do stuff. And for some reason God laid some heavy shit on that kid. I don't know what he was into."

Nick: "He was a negative person.

Hulk: "He was what?"

Nick: "He was a negative person. Will you work on that Real-Ality deal?"

Hulk: "Yep"

Nick: "Get that lined up so the minute I walk out...wherever I walk out of it's there...boom."

Hulk: "Can you do it while you're on probation?"

Nick: "Of course."

Hulk: "Do you want to do it with Pink Sneakers or someone else?"

Nick: "I want to do it where I'll make the most money."

Nick Hogan Is A Cry Baby

Nick Hogan, according to friends isn't handling jail real well. Nick started serving his 8 month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Florida for permanently disabling his friend John Graziano. Nick's friend told the New York Post.

"Nick's doing really bad. He's struggling to even form a sentence. They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn't understand how awful jail really is until now."

DUH! What did you think Nick was going to say he loves prison. Why he is at it why not say bring on the butt rape! The spoiled bratt should feel lucky that he is isolated from the public, or Big Bubba would go wild on that booty screaming "what you gonna do, when the Hulkster run's wild on you."

Lou Pearlman Sentenced To 25 Years In Prison

Lou Pearlman, creator of most teenage girls wet dreams, was sentenced to 25 years in the slammer today for money laundering and conspiracy. Pearlman, the creator of the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC, had no comment:

"Boy band man Lou Pearlman--the guy who made the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC famous--just got 25 years in the big house for money laundering and conspiracy, among other shady shit.? Big Lou Pleaded guilty back in March to a long, complicated con game that basically pumped up his net worth and cheated other people out of millions. The judge game him the maximum sentence."

Big Lou is now going to be someone's big bitch in the pin. As his singers made girls cream themselves, Lou will be giving his Backseat up to the butt raiders of the night. Oh I love the poetic justice of it all!
