Pratt's brother, Spencer punched Huston, Stephanie Pratt's ex-boyfriend, in the face Saturday night at the Dime, a Los Angeles bar.  Now Stephanie Pratt ex is planning to sue MTV, as he claimed that the network provoked an argument that resulted to this fight.  "Cameron has hired Robert Shapiro to be his lawyer and is going to file a lawsuit against MTV," says the source exclusively to E! News. However MTV tells E! "The Hills cameras were filming at a bar in Los Angeles when the dispute between Spencer and Cameron occurred. MTV does not condone or encourage violence. It is a series which follows the daily lives of these characters, and we cannot always foresee the situations that take place when filming. We are not aware of any lawsuit regarding this matter."

On the other side according to a Hills source, a 23-year-old aspiring actor, Pratt and Huston, were filming when producers told Huston to send a text message to Pratt's fiance/wife-in-Mexico, Heidi Montag, telling her Pratt was hitting on a bartender. "They told him Spencer was in on it, and that it was just a joke," says our source. "They told him to send Spencer fruity girly drinks at the bar, and that it was all just for the show.""Supposedly Spencer had no idea, and he got really pissed off," the source says. "He punched Cameron two to three times, and he had a ring on, so [Huston] got cut pretty bad." I don't understand why always these kind of dramas keep on happening in ‘The Hills'.

Just another day in Hollywood! Spencer Pratt beat up his sister's ex-boyfriend Saturday night at Coco de Ville nightclub in Hollywood. After months of bitter fights and makeup cuddles, Stephanie was dumped by her boyfriend, Cameron Huston, an aspiring actor who appeared briefly on The Hills. On Jan 17 Spencer spotted Cameron and immediately started a heated argument. After 10 minutes of shouting, an eyewitness says Spencer lost it and smashed his sister's ex in the face! "Cameron had to be taken to a local hospital," a witness tells Star. "There was blood; there was screaming. It was a major scene."

Cica Huston tells Star exclusively, "Spencer's attack was completely unprovoked." Cameron was recuperating at home on Jan. 18. But though his wounds may be healing, it's certain that the drama with Spencer has only begun! However the entire episode must not be shocking for readers as this sort of thing happen to most of the cast of The Hills once a month. Isn't it!
