Miley Cyrus has been seen with a new guy and his name is Justin Gaston. On Sunday, Justin Gaston, a model and aspiring country singer, attended church in Pasadena, Calif., with Miley and her family. Then in the evening, he also went to the Disney's Concert for Hope where Cyrus performed with the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.

According to Cyrus's rep, Gaston, 20, is "a friend from Nashville." He met Cyrus, 15, earlier this year when he was a contestant on Nashville Star, hosted by her father, Billy Ray. Adds Gaston's rep, Allen Osborne, "He's visiting L.A. for the week" as mentioned by PEOPLE. So l guess we have to wait and see if this blossoms into a true romance!

Lindsay Lohan tried to keep secret her love relationship with well known disc jockey Samantha Ronson however their matching tattoo revealed their love. "Samantha has a bunch of stars, so I got that," Lohan, referring to a star tattoo on her hand, tells Marie Claire in their October issue. Then, pointing to a little heart, she says, "She got this."

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are romantically involved was revealed when she was photographed sharing an intimate lesbian kiss outside the Mercer Hotel in NYC. She was caught on camera hugging the out-lesbian DJ in an intimate way, putting her arms around her waist. Lindsay seems so happy with someone stable and she seems to really care about and be able to depend on her. "I'm really happy," Lohan says, suggesting that Ronson has been a positive force in her life.

Can you believe it, l mean when l heard it all l could do was laugh. What could they really have in common, apart from plastic surgery l guess, lol! According to a source, "It was all arranged by their people in total secrecy, very cloak and dagger. Michael is such a private person. He gets nervous when he thinks people are following him around, so he chose somewhere neutral for their first date."They were very chatty. Happier both personally and professionally than she's been for a while, Jessica Simpson says it is all because of her boyfriend Tony Romo, who by the way she says is her "perfect guy."

"I just told him today, 'You're the love of my life,' " she confesses to PEOPLE. "I don't really ever say that to anybody."

Jessica also co-wrote a song for the love of her life called, "You're My Sunday," which is featured on her new country album, Do You Know (out Sept. 9).

The famous latino Ricky Martin, welcomed twin boys via a surrogate mother recently, his rep confirmed to PEOPLE. The 36-year-old HOT stuff Ricky is thrilled to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will take a year off to be a full-time dad and raise the twins.
