Mini Me Is Pissed!

Apparently Mini Me had a mini fit over having part of his sex tape revealed. TMZ reports:

"In the suit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He also alleges TMZ violated his right of publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness."

Taste My Ass Kobe

Shaq and Kobe were once teammates and the most dominating force in the NBA. Four years later they have developed the greatest rivalry of all time. Shaq wins a Title in Miami, and Kobe wins the MVP. Kobe is Captain of the U.S Olympic team, Shaq gets his own TV show. Kobe tells Colorado Police that he should of paid off the hoe like the diesel did, Shaq tell Kobe to taste his ass...you know pretty healthy rivalry. The big cactus is telling everyone that everything is fine and he doesn't dislike Kobe...right:

"I was freestyling. That's all. It was all done in fun. Nothing serious whatsoever. That is what MCs do. They freestyle when called upon. I'm totally cool with Kobe. No issue at all. Last month TMZ reported that Hugh Hefner would never marry Holly Madison. Holly was pissed! To make it up to her he bought her something to show her he cares...a stripper pole! Hugh you are a genius!

Angie Everheart Arrested for DUI

These days it seems that celebrities drink more then frat boys during rush week, followed by a refreshing drive on the wrong side of the freeway (you gotta love Nicole Ritchie). Now not every DUI celeb drives on the wrong side of the freeway, some like Angie Everhart just run into poles.

"Model Angie Everhart was arrested for DUI early last Thursday and held on $15,000 bail. She was released later that morning and is due in court on May 15."

I can't wait till the Mug photos come out! I see it now "Angie Everheart drunk and confined to jail". It sounds like a good opening to a porn...ask Paris she would know.

Dr. Phil Producers Embarress Executives!

Ever hear of a producing staff crossing the line? Yeah we haven't either but the Dr.Phil Show is claiming their seasoned producers did however cross the line by paying the bail for 8 teens that allegedly beat a classmate on tape. Even worse their heavy set producer put the smack down on reporters after springing 17 year-old Mercedes Nichols. TMZ reports that the show Executives are pissed at their producer for putting them in that situation. But did they give them permission?

The show issued a statement claiming certain staff members "went beyond their guidelines," but the buzz on the Paramount lot is that it would be impossible for the producer to pay the $3,300 for the bail and put up $33,000 in collateral without the full knowledge and approval of higher-ups on the show.
