St. Louis concert Friday night was not very successful. American rock band, Kings of Leon had to shut down the show on account of some unexpected accompaniment that CNN pins on "pooping pigeons."

"Jared [Followill, the band's bassist] was hit several times during the first two songs," said Andy Mendelsohn of Vector Management. "It's not only disgusting - it's a toxic health hazard. They really tried to hang in there."

"I was hit by pigeons on each of the first three songs," said the musician and self-professed germophobe. "We had 20 songs on the set list. By the end of the show, I would have been covered from head to toe." "The last thing I was going to do was look up," he said, "but if that was only a couple, we must have caught them right after a big Thanksgiving dinner."

After the cancelation - and, presumably, a good, hot shower - the band said in a statement through its manager, "We want to apologize to our fans in St. Louis and will come back as soon as we can." Added the band's publicist, "No fans got pooped on as far as we know."

Lindsay is about to complete her sentence as her term is being reduced due to overcrowding however she is worried about the situation she has to face after coming out of jail as she has to spend time in rehab. "She's a little upset right now," her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said after visiting the actress Tuesday. "She'd like to spend some time with her family, and there's at least some question as to whether or not she'll have to go directly to rehab."

The actress wants to spend some time with her family and that's what her attorney wants to request judge: "I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that's what she'd like for me to emphasize to judge,"

American Actor Quinton Aaron was famous for his crush on American actress Sandra Bullock in the past, now the actor seems to getting attracted towards the most beautiful actress of Hollywood. Yes you guessed it right, Angelina Jolie.

"I met Angelina [Jolie] last night, and she kissed me right there," Aaron, 25, gushed to PEOPLE, pointing to his left cheek, at the fifth annual Children Uniting Nations conference in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday night. "So I said, 'I'm not washing my face right there.' I almost passed out!"

Aaron experienced the excited moment with Jolie and Brad Pitt at the Salt after party. "They were standing and talking to somebody, and Brad said, 'Oh, wow. Watch out!' " the 6-foot-8 actor says. "He came across the crowd to shake my hand. He was congratulating me on the movie and telling me how much he loved it. He brought Angelina over, and she gave me the big hug and the kiss on the cheek."

Still, after his liking for Angelina, the young actor, who was attending a private dinner in Georgetown to kick off the annual Children Uniting Nations conference, has plenty of love left over for Bullock, "I'm real happy for her coming back out from what she went through," he says.

After the breakup of Kelly and British model fiancé Luke Worrall, Kelly's mother Sharon Osbourne is sad and feeling the pain of daughter Kelly. Sharon is sure that her daughter is strong and will come out of this heartbreak.

"I said to her, 'This will be the first of many breakups,' "Sharon, 57, told PEOPLE after Wednesday's episode of America's Got Talent. "It's what we all go through. I don't know any of my girlfriends who have never had their heart broken and end up with the first guy. I don't know anyone that has happened to."

After breakup it feels like world is over but in reality it's not the situation. "Unfortunately for her, she's going to have her heart broken," Sharon says. "You pick yourself up, and you start again. She's very, very sad right now, but she'll get over it. We all do."

Paris Hilton and problem goes hand in hand. She was held by police on the French island of Corsica and caught with less than a gram of marijuana in her purse. On Friday the actress arrived on a private jet at the airport in Figari. Soon police released Hilton without charging her.

Hilton who was also caught at the world cup earlier this month for allegedly smoking marijuana. After being questioned by South African police on July 2, Hilton's rep says she was cleared of any wrongdoing - that "the incident was a complete misunderstanding" and that "the case [had] been dropped against Paris."

Hilton, however, addressed the incident herself, Tweeting on Saturday, "Just to put an end to these rumours. The stories saying I have been arrested are completely false! I am having the best vacation of my life! What an amazing summer! I feel so blessed and grateful for everything. I Love Life!! :) Now let's move on and everyone focus and enjoy their own summer time! As usual children get pissed off between the separation issues of parents. After the separation of American television personality Jesse James and Janine, the American exotic dancer and porn star there is a clash for the children. Jesse James is moving to Austin and wants to take the children too so that three children can maintain a close relationship with step mom Sandra Bullock and their adoptive brother, Louis. However An Orange County, Calif., judge has yet to decide in an ongoing custody trial whether to allow Sunny, 6, James's daughter with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder to leave California, where Lindemulder lives.

"Jesse's moving either way, and ideally Sunny is going with him," James's attorney John Schilling told PEOPLE outside the courthouse. "I think Sandra Bullock's role is irrelevant here. Of course she has a lot to offer his kids so it's a fringe benefit to bring them to Texas. But the focus in this case is Jesse and Janine as parents. Janine still has a lot to prove."

James called Austin "a better place to be," without the prying lenses of paparazzi. "We have a big gated house with lots of land," he said. "Sandy and I spent time there and never once had a problem."

The judge is considering three options: Allowing James to move with Sunny to Texas, leaving Sunny with Lindemulder in California, or having Lindemulder relocate to Texas along with James.
