Little Lindsay Lohan has been caught with her hands in the cookie jar more than once, but did Lindsay evolve her five finger discounts to patented inventions as well? Well according to a Florida chemist, Jennifer Sunday, she stole HER formula for the tanning spray Sevine Nyne. Sunday is now suing for theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and unfair trade practices.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product.  If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

Fat chance on getting any money out of Lohan. She is poorer then a somolian child. In any case if there was any money to be made I am sure by now Lindsay has blown the money on coke and ecstasy.  Personally I would of spent the money on hookers and big mac's but that's just me.

Lindsay admits "I'm a different person now, I'm happy" to Harper's Bazaar for its December issue. Life has never been so fair to Lindsay; starting from her treatment to Promises for DUI and possession of drugs, "I was going to clubs all the time and it was not okay. I was so alone."She has decided to move ahead leaving her past behind. "I did it to myself and I have to deal with the consequences. I'm thankful for what I can take out of it. Now I feel clear," she says.

Lohan also confesses lots about her feelings and relation with Samantha Ronson. She admits that Samantha is very important to her and helping her stay grounded. "She's a wonderful person and I love her very much," said Lohan.As we know, neither Lohan nor Samantha have discussed their relationship in public however Lohan said she is not a lesbian when asked. When asked by Harper's Bazaar if she is bisexual, Lohan responded: "Maybe. Yeah."

"I feel like it jinxes it," she said, explaining why she is not talking about her love life. "It's hard. The second I start talking about whomever I'm seeing, a month or two later it's failed." When asked about her wedding plans Lohan said "Eventually," But whether that will be with a man or a woman, "I don't know." Hahahaha, poor Sam!
