Well according to a Florida chemist, Jennifer Sunday, she stole HER formula for the tanning spray Sevine Nyne. Sunday is now suing for theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and unfair trade practices.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product.  If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

Fat chance on getting any money out of Lohan. She is poorer then a somolian child. In any case if there was any money to be made I am sure by now Lindsay has blown the money on coke and ecstasy.  Personally I would of spent the money on hookers and big mac's but that's just me.

Jewelry worth $50k went missing from a recent magazine shoot Lindsay Lohan did but now when investigated more seriously than previously thought the theft became ten times more serious.

It was reported that $500,000 worth of jewelry went missing from a photo shoot Lindsay did in London earlier this month and Scotland Yard is. Scotland Yard wants to question her but they're quick to add others are being investigated as well. Lohan's rep released this statement: "No one has contacted us yet, but Lindsay is happy to cooperate. She wants them to find the missing items."

Lindsay is not suffering from any kind of eating disorder, she is just faking. Lindsay is losing a ton of weight so Sam Ronson will pay attention to her.  Everyone was shocked to see her ghostly look while Lindsay was shopping with her sister, Ali, in Los Angeles. Sources tell PEOPLE. "She is a self-destructive person," says a source close to Lohan. "It's all part of her cry for attention. She wants Sam [Ronson, her ex-girlfriend] to see how bad she's hurting and she wants Hollywood to see her as a 'tortured artist' who is wasting away ... This is a symptom of something much bigger - a desperate need to be noticed."

 Also, according to one source "Lindsay is on hiatus with her publicist because she's not working or booking jobs." The friend said, "She is completely unmanageable. It has never been possible to control her or advise her. Lindsay needs to get psychiatric help." "Her friends are really sad for her, but she's out of control, and now she's all alone." I say get over it, it's not the end of the world, relationships don't work, but people move on.

Samantha Ronson's family is so concerned that they are seeking a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan. Around 5 p.m. PST on Monday, Sam's mother, Ann Dexter-Jones, and sister, were at the Beverly Hills Police Department to look into filing a restraining order because Sam wants to "send a message" to Lindsay. Charlotte and Ann talked to a clerk at the front desk, who advised them, "The restraining order is the best option. If she violates it, then she gets taken away."

 

The Ronsons said "She does these things to get attention," said Charlotte of Lohan's recent actions. "She was trying to get into my party this weekend. We had to tell security to keep her out. Then she booked a room at the Chateau Marmont. Her room was right below... She also followed our brother Mark around." "[Lindsay] was doing drugs," added Ann. "And we could not sleep that night at the Chateau. She was complaining about the music and noise coming from upstairs. She was trying to get attention, so that Sam could come down." "She cuts herself too," Ann continued.  "She is a cutter!" "She got up illegally to our room," Charlotte told the policeman. "She does these acts of public humiliation. It is all for attention... She was also got physical with Mark." But to their dismay the Beverly Hills station can't issue restraining orders because there are no judges in the building. So the officer instructed the Ronsons to file a petition for a restraining order at the courthouse in Santa Monica. The saga continues!

Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson are still fightling! The latest issue of In Touch Weekly states that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are hooked on drama. As Sam deejayed at Prive nightclub in Las Vegas on March 9, Lindsay appeared out of it, a witness says, and started yet another fight with her girlfriend. "They would argue every five minutes," the onlooker says. "I definitely heard Lindsay use the F-word." "Lindsay was screaming and cursing at Sam to stop," the witness adds. "She made a huge scene."

Due to Lindsay's increasingly volatile behavior which has effected Sam, physically and emotionally, and so her family is worried. "They totally disapprove of Lindsay. They think she's a bad influence," an insider reveals. "They've urged Sam to get out of the relationship." But Sam ignores the advice, says the friend. "Everyone knows she isn't happy living like this, but she won't leave Lindsay. She can't. Sam feels too guilty to leave," the pal says, "So she stays. But the relationship is completely crazy."
